Epson GP-C831 Color Inkjet Label Printers
SPECIAL NOTE: Epson announces the End of Life and End of Sale for the ColorWorks C831 printer for United States and Canada effective 6/15/2020.
Weber is now offering a $250 Trade-In Credit for your old Epson C831 printer with the purchase of a new Epson C6000/C6500 printer, Epson ink and labels from Weber.
Epson ColorWorks C831 printers (Weber Part # 45879, Epson product code C11CC68122) will be available for sale through June 15, 2020. The orders will be placed on the factory for delivery after the EOL date. The exact date of delivery will depend on factory capacity and the number of printers ordered. Returns will not be accepted for printers bought under this last time buy program.
This EOL announcement has no effect on the availability of ink, spare parts and service. Although Epson is eliminating the sale of new C831 printers, Epson will continue to fully support the large installed base with ink, spare parts and repair services for a minimum of 5 years after this notice.
The Epson ColorWorks C6500A and C6500P printers are the recommended replacements for the C831. These printers are able to print up to 8.34” wide, have faster speeds, have higher print quality and are made to handle more total labels than the earlier C831, without the need for pin-fed media.
