Not to happy overall with this order January 27, 2020 Reviewer: Nicole Rodriguez from DETROIT, MI United States   I ordered some paper and it came pretty quick. When I first started to order there was free shipping and the last two times the shipping has changed and no longer is free shipping but what is concerning the most this time is the paper I received is not like the paper I have been getting. Usually it is wrapped in a plastic and this time it was not. Not sure if this paper was returned at one point but I opened the second box and the paper also not wrapped in plastic like it usually is. The paper seems like it once was around moisture or something because the paper is folding a weird way on it's own and is constantly now getting stuck in the printer. The paper that does go in again keeps folding over. It still is working and sticking it is just an annoyance especially during a busy time. Overall still a good product and company.
